The National Chief Scout Executive of the Boy Scouts of America, Wayne Brock, was in town Wednesday evening for an Eagle Scout Centennial Celebration Dinner at the Rochester Riverside convention center to celebrate 100 years since the first Eagle Scout badge was awarded in 1912.
